At Via Care, we believe our Medical Assistants are the heart of our clinics. Every day, they welcome patients with compassion and support providers in delivering the high-quality and comprehensive care our community deserves. 

This year, we celebrated Medical Assistants Appreciation Week with a week full of fun, gratitude, and team spirit. We took this time to thank the people who make such a big impact on our patients’ lives. 

Each day had its own special theme to bring smiles and connection across our health centers: 

🦸‍♀️ Monday: Superhero Shirt Day – Because our MAs truly are superheroes! Staff showed up in their favorite hero gear to honor the real-life heroes working beside them. 

🏈 Tuesday: Sports/Jersey Day – Teams showed their spirit by wearing jerseys and gear from their favorite sports teams. 

🏰 Wednesday: Disney Character Day – A bit of Disney magic brightened our clinics as everyone dressed up as beloved characters from childhood favorites.

🧦 Thursday: Wacky Socks or Crazy Hair Day – Laughter filled the halls with creative hairstyles and colorful socks on full display. 

👖 Friday: Jean Day – We wrapped up the week in comfort and camaraderie with denim and smiles all around. 

To show our appreciation, each Medical Assistant also received a special gift bag as a token of gratitude for their dedication and care. 

At Via Care, we’re proud to celebrate the incredible people who bring our mission to life. Our MAs go above and beyond every single day, and this week was just one way to remind them how valued they are.
