This event is open to all the Los Angeles Valley College (LAVC) students! Students will learn how to manage stress and anxiety that is common with being a college student. Take the first steps with bettering your well-being and learning peace of mind. This workshop is hosted by our Via Care Behavioral Health Clinicians, Nancy Lopez and David Hoxsey.
This event will be located at the MPR, 2nd Floor of SSC Building.
