Mahsa Dadkhah, PharmD, BCGP,BCACP APh is a Director of Pharmacy at Via Care Community Health Center. She graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Biology from University of California, Irvine and received her Doctor of Pharmacy degree at Western University of Health Sciences. She was employed as an Ambulatory Care Pharmacist at different FQHCs where she had extensive experience in Anticoagulation, Diabetes management, Hypertension and dyslipidemia managements.  

Dr. Dadkhah is a community-based pharmacy practitioner who is licensed as an Advanced Practice , board certified Ambulatory care and Geriatric Pharmacist. Dr. Dadkhah’s practice site includes the community-based, collaborative practice clinic with the all the providers Her practice interests include: medication therapy management (MTM), comprehensive medication management (CMM), community-based pharmacy practice, advanced pharmacy practice, travel health, immunizations, community health, and disease screening, management, and prevention.
