MEDICATION-ASSISTED TREATMENT (M.A.T.) PROGRAM
Via Care S.A.F.E. (Substance Abuse Functional Excellence) Program
The Via Care S.A.F.E. (Substance Abuse Functional Excellence) Program uses M.A.T. (Medication-assisted treatment), which is the use of medications, in combination with substance use counseling and behavioral health therapy to treat substance use, sustain recovery, and prevent overdose.

Our S.A.F.E. Program is clinically driven and tailored to meet each patient's needs.

We Prevent
Alcohol and drug overuse, slips, relapses, and overdose by helping patients develop coping strategies to sustain recovery.

Commitment
The Via Care S.A.F.E. Program is a 12-month program that includes medical, dental and behavioral health support with follow-up appointments as needed.
​
In addition, clients will have ongoing check-ins with a S.A.F.E. case manager and will receive essential substance use counseling.
