These people can keep Medi-Cal with dental and no premiums, regardless of immigration status:
Starting January 1, 2026, adults 19 and older who have unsatisfactory immigration status will no longer be able to apply for Medi-Cal.
If you are already enrolled before January 1, 2026, you can keep your coverage as long as you stay active and renew on time.
