Via Care also offers free insurance enrollment assistance. Via Care enrollment specialists are here to help you enroll or renew your coverage, understand letters you’ve received from your insurance program, dispute wrongful terminations of your health coverage or change your primary provider.
Our team of enrollment professionals manages individual and full family or household enrollment in Medi-Cal, Medicare, Covered CA, and Family PACT, and while offerings connections to resources for securing private insurance. The Via Care enrollment team is also committed to securing all available health benefits for you and your family.

Via Care is a Health Center Program grantee under 42 U.S.C. 254b, and a deemed Public Health Service employee under 42 U.S.C. 233(g)-(n) for purposes of medical malpractice claims and, as such, qualified for protection under the Federal Tort Claims Act.
