Yes, we accept Medi-Cal and most major insurance plans.

We’re here to help. Our enrollment team can assist you with applying for Medi-Cal or other coverage you may qualify for. Call our Enrollment Team at (323) 540-5460.

To be eligible for CPSP, you must be pregnant and enrolled in Medi-Cal. You also need to be assigned to Via Care as your primary care provider (PCP) under one of our accepted Medi-Cal health plans. CPSP services are designed to support pregnant patients throughout their prenatal and postpartum care.
 
If you’re not currently assigned to Via Care, our team can help guide you through the process of selecting or changing your provider. If you’re unsure about your eligibility or coverage, please contact us. We’re happy to assist and help you get connected to care.

Yes, you are welcome to bring a support person to your appointments.

Our prenatal care includes medical check-ups, lab work, ultrasounds, and comprehensive support through our California Comprehensive Perinatal Services Program (CPSP). You’ll also receive ongoing health education, nutrition guidance, and emotional wellness support from our CPSP Coordinators to help you have a healthy pregnancy.

Prenatal visits are typically scheduled once a month early in pregnancy, and more frequently as your due date approaches. Your provider will guide you every step of the way.

If available, please bring your ID, insurance information, and any medical records. Don’t worry if you don’t have everything — our team will help guide you.

Yes! Through our CPSP program, we offer additional support including health education, nutrition counseling, and resources to support you throughout your pregnancy.

Via Care Community Health Center accepts all patients regardless of insurance or financial status. Via Care offers a sliding fee discount schedule to all patients for all of our services. We also accept the following forms of insurance: Medi-Cal, Medicare, Covered CA, Family PACT, and Private Insurance.

Via Care Community Health Center provides services without the imposition of any durational residency requirement or requirement that the patient be referred by a physician.

Via Care is a Health Center Program grantee under 42 U.S.C. 254b, and a deemed Public Health Service employee under 42 U.S.C. 233(g)-(n) for purposes of medical malpractice claims and, as such, qualified for protection under the Federal Tort Claims Act.
