Via Care offers compassionate assistance to all our pregnant patients and patients trying to conceive. We are committed to helping you access the quality reproductive care you deserve throughout every stage of your journey.
As a Medi-Cal healthcare provider, Via Care is proud to be a home for the California Comprehensive Perinatal Services Program (CPSP). CPSP is a Medi-Cal benefit that provides a wide range of services to pregnant individuals from conception through 60 days postpartum.
In addition to standard obstetric services, patients receive enhanced services in the areas of psychosocial support, health education, and nutrition. All Via Care CPSP patients are connected with a dedicated CPSP coordinator, who is specially trained to offer counseling and case management services.
Via Care partners with local hospitals to provide our patients with additional services that are currently unavailable at Via Care clinics. Your Via Care provider will assist you with your hospital delivery plan.
