Behavioral Health Services

Approximately 1 in 5 individuals experience mental health issues within the U.S. in a given year (CDC). These issues range from stress, anxiety, depression, grief, PTSD, postpartum depression and more.

Via Care provides short term individual behavioral health therapy and support groups for adults and adolescents. Our team of caring and trained professionals will support you through the process.   • Coaching in developing a healthy lifestyle (effective communication and setting boundaries) 

  • Emotional support and anxiety reduction tips on preparing for difficult medical procedures 

  • Techniques for improving sleep 

  • Skill training to improve marital and parent-child relationships 

  • Strategies for coping with care of a sick or impaired loved one 

  • Community referrals 

  

If we are unable to meet your needs, we will offer guidance to appropriate community resources.

Via Care offers individual therapy for those seeking private one-to-one support. Via Care’s licensed behavioral health therapists can help you learn new communication skills, manage anxiety, learn conflict management, heal from trauma, and more.

Group Therapy & Classes


Via Care offers group therapy and classes for additional support in English and Spanish. All classes are held virtually. Stress management classes are being held regularly.
